Your wine bottle Woozies are personalized for $14.00 each!!   $45 one time set up fee for artwork/wording. Please provide wording or camera ready art work in the following formats:  jpeg, pdf, eps, ai or tiff. 

Woozies will ship out 10 days after art work approval from the customer.  There is a 4 dozen (48 piece) minimum on personalized wine bottle Woozies.  

Color choice of wine bottle Woozie:  lime green, hot pink, burgundy, forest green or black and 

Color choice of personalization:  black, white or cream.
